IntelliPro was honored to participate in the exclusive ClubVMSA Enterprise Roundtable event held on April 26-27, bringing together suppliers and buyers from diverse industries to discuss the current landscape and collaborate on finding solutions. We were thrilled to be among the 13 sponsors and to contribute to the event's intimate business atmosphere.
The event welcomed leaders from various sectors, including High Tech, Consumer Goods, Bio Tech Health Care, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Energy, and Finance. Despite the wide range of industries, the focal point was the contingent workforce. Participants addressed the challenges they faced in this area and how they were working to resolve them. It was intriguing to observe the potential applicability of these solutions across sectors and the collaborative efforts by attendees.
A standout moment was the fireside chat titled "Can't we all just get along: How TA and Procurement team together." Duane, IntelliPro's Senior Business Engagement Manager, shared his thoughts on the discussion: "This fireside chat was interesting in the fact that it's not an industry-specific issue. There often seems to be a real push and pull between TA and Procurement. The panelists described a situation where their approach to the same issue was very different, ultimately creating friction between the two departments, where it was vital to work together." The conversation emphasized the importance of communication, mutual understanding, and establishing clarity in each party's approach. This foundation was crucial for effective collaboration, with both parties working in unison to achieve shared goals.
Breakout sessions delved into various subjects, such as "Early Adoption," "Change Management," "Stakeholder Engagement," and "Communication." These sessions were relevant to all industries, offering valuable insights on addressing challenges in the extended workforce space.
A key takeaway from the event was that the issues discussed transcended industry boundaries. Attendees contributed valuable perspectives on tackling these challenges. The gathering provided an excellent networking opportunity, fostering connections with industry professionals. Antoine Brown, IntelliPro's Global VP of Business Engagement, and Duane Mack, IntelliPro's Senior Business Engagement Manager, had the chance to forge valuable relationships and gain insights into the latest trends and challenges in the extended workforce arena.
Antoine reflected on the experience, saying, "We made valuable connections with industry professionals and gained insights into the latest trends and challenges in the extended workforce space. We're grateful for this opportunity and excited to continue our partnership with ClubVMSA."
In summary, the ClubVMSA Enterprise Roundtable event proved to be a resounding success, and we are proud to have been involved. The event created a platform for industry professionals to unite, share experiences and insights, and develop solutions for challenges related to the extended workforce arena. We look forward to furthering our partnership with ClubVMSA and contributing to the growth and advancement of the extended workforce space.
