IntelliPro was honored to participate in the exclusive ClubVMSA Enterprise Roundtable event held on April 26-27, bringing together suppliers and buyers from diverse industries to discuss the current landscape and collaborate on finding solutions. Duane, IntelliPro's Senior Business Engagement Manager, shared his thoughts on the discussion: "This fireside chat was interesting in the fact that it's not an industry-specific issue. There often seems to be a real push and pull between TA and Procurement. The panelists described a situation where their approach to the same issue was very different, ultimately creating friction between the two departments, where it was vital to work together." The conversation emphasized the importance of communication, mutual understanding, and establishing clarity in each party's approach. This foundation was crucial for effective collaboration, with both parties working in unison to achieve shared goals.
